SUMMONER SPELLS:
Aphelios best goes with Flash and Heal for Summoner’s Spells. However, you can swap to Cleanse or Exhaust, depending on your matchup.
RUNES:
Unlike other pro players, huanfeng plays Aphelios with Lethal Tempo and not Conqueror. It provides him with a significant attack speed buff and it helps him set up some rapid one-shots.
The rest of the Precision page is a standard procedure. Presence of Mind is there for mana regeneration, Legend: Bloodline for lifesteal, and Cut Down for more damage.
Huanfeng also prefers Nimbus Cloak and Absolute Focus from Sorcery as secondary runes over Taste of Blood and Ravenous Hunter from the Domination tree. They’re more utility based, so he can outplay his opponents.
ITEMS:
As for items, huanfeng’s primary mythic choice for Aphelios is Kraken Slayer. He usually jumps to Runaan’s Hurricane next, and then Bloodthirster third. These are his three core items that he buys in every game as Aphelios in season 11.
Then, huanfeng chooses wisely. Generally, his build goes toward Infinity Edge and Guardian Angel. But, he can be very flexible and buy Mortal Reminder or Mercurial Scimitar as a fourth, third, or even a second item, if the situation demands.
