While being Vulnerable, targets can not suffer further stacks from Press the Attack.

Attacking a new target removes all stacks from the previous target.

Damaging an enemy champion increases your mana regeneration by 1.5 − 11 (based on level) mana per second, reduced to 80% effectiveness for ranged champions, for 4 seconds. Quick Analysis

SUMMONER SPELLS:

Doublelift plays Lucian with Flash and Heal.

RUNES:

Press the Attack is by far the best keystone for Lucian and Doublelift favors it over any other choice. The rune fits perfectly to Lucian’s ability kit, especially his passive. Thanks to the double shot, Doublelift can proc the keystone’s effect very easily.

Presence of Mind, Legend: Alacrity, and Coup de Grace provide excellent bonuses for Lucian. The first returns him mana, the second his health, and the third boosts his damage against low HP targets.

Doublelift’s favorite secondary runes for Lucian are Nimbus Cloak and Gathering Storm. Nimbus Cloak is a very useful rune in all situations, while Gathering Storm passively charges your power for free.

ITEMS:

Doublelift doesn’t differ too much when it comes to Lucian’s build. His go-to mythic item for the champion is Kraken Slayer. The item synergizes extremely well with Press the Attack and Lucian in general, so Doublelift recognizes its value.

However, the most interesting thing about Doublelift’s build for Lucian is that he always tries to get Lord Dominik’s Regard as a second item. He prefers to have armor penetration as early as possible, and no matter who he plays against.

Navori Quickblade is another must-have item for Doublelift. It refreshes Lucian’s abilities when he critically strikes, so you get far greater up time on your abilities. Then it’s onto Infinity Edge and Bloodthirster.

Berserker Greaves are Doublelift’s choice of boots for Lucian in most of his games.
