Aery lingers on the target for 2 second before flying back to you, and cannot be sent out again until she returns to you. Aery is initially very slow, but gradually accelerates, and can be picked up by moving near her.

Summon Aery

Casting a summoner spell grants the ability to pass through units and provides a bonus of 5 – 35% movement speed (based on summoner spell cooldown) for 2 seconds.

Quick Analysis

SUMMONER SPELLS:

Nuguri always runs the default top lane setup for Kennen – Flash and Teleport.

RUNES:

Kennen is one of Nuguri’s favorite champions in the top lane. The keystone he favors on him is Summon Aery. Being a ranged champion, Kennen can abuse this effect and constantly poke the enemy laner.

Nimbus Cloak is a key rune for Kennen in Nuguri’s book. It allows him to quickly catch up to any enemy when he uses Flash or his ultimate. The rune makes sure that he won’t miss his big AOE combo.

The rest of the runs provide utility and damage through Transcendence and Gathering Storm.

Ravenous Hunter and Taste of Blood are amazing runes for self-healing and Nuguri always picks them up, since Kennen doesn’t have any defensive ability.

ITEMS:

Hextech Rocketbelt is the mythic item of choice here for Nuguri. It further excels Kennen’s ability to close to his enemies for a perfect ultimate setup.

Nuguri is also popular for building Cosmic Drive on Kennen straight away, as well as Zhonya’s Hourglass.

The rest of the build focuses only on raw damage. Rabadon’s Deathcap and Void Staff are the best upgrades for this since they increase the AP power the most.

For situational items, Nuguri shuffles between Banshee’s Veil and Morellonomicon the most.
