Quick Analysis
SUMMONER SPELLS:
Nuguri favors Flash and Teleport on Gragas in all of his games.
RUNES:
When it comes to keystones, Nuguri runs Arcane Comet most of the time. It provides him with enough early damage, as well as fantastic poke potential during the laning phase.
Manaflow Band and Transcedence are super useful runes for any champion, especially Gragas. And Scorch helps Nuguri deal the most amount of damage possible early on.
For secondary items, Magical Footwear and Biscuit Delivery are the best choices because you can save gold and stay in lane longer.
ITEMS:
Night Harvester is the mythic item Nuguri goes for on Gragas in season 11. The item is incredibly powerful and Nuguri always tries to purchase it as quickly as possible. He usually pairs it with Seraph’s Embrace and Zhonya’s Hourglass as parts of his core build.
Rabadon’s Deathcap and Morellonomicon are super-offensive purchases and should be taken advantage of. Gragas scales extremely well with raw AP, and Nuguri recognizes that.H
However, Nuguri oftentimes goes for Horizon Focus just to maximize the damage of his ultimate.
